LPG Hose

Dantec offer Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) transfer hose. This is constructed of synthetic rubber, with a double stainless steel wire reinforcement braid. Exterior protection is provided by a perforated, tough, abrasion resistant outer cover with optional plastic Procoil. Composite and stainless steel cryogenic hoses to BS4089: 1989 are also available. Dantec supply a range of accessories for the LPG product range, including Reinz gas-tight non-asbestos gaskets and Todo LPG dry break, break-away and swivel couplings.



Convoluted PTFE lined Hose

This hose combines the unique properties of PTFE with maximum flexibility. It is ideal for corrosive chemicals, foodstuffs, cosmetics, paint and pharmaceuticals, owing to its exceptional chemical and temperature resistance and non-stick surface.

Construction consists of convoluted PTFE tube covered with wire, Kevlar® or Polymer braiding. PTFE can be tafted to provide a metal free sealing face if required.



Metallic Hose

Metallic hose is ideal for conveying liquids and gases under high pressure and temperature. It is therefore suitable for oil, general chemicals and steam operations. Stainless Steel, Bronze. Galvanised Steel and Monel are available, and external braiding can ge used for protection and to increase the working pressure.



Rubber Hose

Rubber hose is ideal for general purpose air, water steam, oil and chemical applications. Robust and versatile in use rubber hose can be compounded to resist heat, sunlight, ozone and weathering.



PVC Hose

Resistant to oil and weathering, PVC hose is lightweight for easy handling and tough for longevity. A wide range of reinforcements are available, depending on intended application. PVC is suitable for air, water, and low corrosive chemical applications at modest pressures.



Ducting

Ducting is available in a wide range of supported and unsupported materials, in sizes ranging from 1" to 24". Ducting is suitable for applications such as ventilation, air conditioning, heat transfer, fume and dust extraction.
